My Story
After several years of working in jobs that weren't fulfilling, I felt the pull to get a "real" job – one that came with a paycheck. This realisation came with doubt and overwhelm.
What kind of work should I do?

What about the gap in my resume?
With the help of a coach, I was able to find a job I loved!
The process helped me discover what I really wanted to do, which is to help people achieve their goals. So that's why coaching is suited for me.
It occurred to me that, because of my experience and my NLP training, I am very qualified to support people via an intelligent process to find work they love.
I have honed new skills as a certified life coach and founded Tam Young Coach to help people like you bridge their career gaps and land flexible, meaningful work.
