I have a confession to make...
Yes, I'm human, I, too, have weakness.
I try to be the best example of a person who is doing their best to constantly improve my strengths and reduce my weaknesses.
One of my weaknesses is being distracted by other work.
That is not to say I am lazy, I have always had a strong work ethic. This work ethic comes from waking up at 4am to start work on the farms I used to work on when I was a student.
I get restarted by work I like doing, and end up not doing the work I should be doing.
Anyone else experience this?
My clients often talk about this problem.
I hear you asking, "What can be done about this?"
Well, one possible answer is using a technique of eliciting Core Values.
Core Values are the fundamental beliefs of a person. These guiding principles dictate behavior and can help people understand if they are on the right path, and fulfilling their goals, by creating an unwavering guide.
